Burrito vs Beaten rice

Beaten rice is also known as flatten rice. In Newari language, it is called ‘Baji’, and ‘Chiura’ in Nepali.
Last Friday, we had very good time with our friends in our school apartment. Joy and Sarah cooked burrito for us. We had so much fun, as it is weekend. It means a lot for us – days for enjoying the sun in Michigan after a long snowy winter. They both worked hard to make it delicious. Their hard work was worthwhile, as the burrito was so good that my wife and I had two while Joy and Sarah had only one.

But, my friends could not figure out actually what ‘Baji’ was in the kitchen. One of them thought that it was chopped onion, while other one thought chopped grated coconut. So, what does it look like for you?
