Almost all Nepalese can relate to what I feel about when eating sweet potato, banana, orange, and apple for lunch. Those of us who grew up eating rice and lentil for lunch twice or sometimes thrice a day might have hard time accepting that these fruits can be lunch :-  After having these fruits as lunch, you tummy still might feel hungry. Unless you convince your mind that you had already had lunch, it will ask for more and not be satisfied. You will still feel hungry until you have rice. Now I think my tummy is well trained; yet, I have to admit that I still have hard time going on without rice and lentil for more than three days!
