This picture was taken in 1974 AD. Every time I went back home, I wonder how much this place has changed for good or bad all these years. One part of me wanted to see the change that corresponds to the present modern world. On the other hand, I would like it to remain untouched by the modern civilization. A lot has been changed. New concrete buildings have replaced old brick houses. These little three temples have been renovated. Nobody knows what happened with old rocks when the road and the public square were revamped. This kind of ill practice is prevalent in all places in Nepal.

Now, this is what it looks like.
